GNU:

Some products include utilities licensed under the GNU Public License agreement which is available at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt. A copy of this license agreement is also included in Synplicity packages with every GNU utility as is the source code for the utility.

Eclipse:
Some products are Eclipse-based. Eclipse is licensed per http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html. Eclipse source code may obtained from http://www.eclipse.org
