GDDR_1x1, Synplicity's High-performance ASIC Prototyping System is a HAPS daughter board with a single GDDR SDRAM bank. It’s designed for use on HAPS connectors with 2.5V VCCO. An operational speed of 166MHz clock frequency (333MHz data rate) is guaranteed.

One to eight memory devices can be mounted, allowing for memory sizes from 4Mx32 bit up to 32Mx64 bit. Two boards can be stacked to obtain even higher capacity.

 Features:
  • Form factor: 1x1 (occupies one daughter board connector)
  • Top side connector allows stacking of two boards
  • SSTL-II signal levels preferred
  • Non-stacked boards can be used with LVCMOS25 drivers
  • Runs on a HAPS system with VCCO of 2.5V
