CON_2x1

CON 2x1

CON_2x1, Synplicity's High-performance ASIC Prototyping System connects all signals in two connectors adjacent in the transversal direction. The primary use is for adding connections between FPGAs.

As CON_1x2 but in the opposite direction.

CON 2x1 schematic
 Features:
  • Form factor: 2x1 (occupies two daughter board connectors)
  • Connects the dedicated clock pins through a removable 0-ohm resistor
  • Connects the remaining 118 signals in the connectors directly
  • Connects GND in the two connectors
  • VCCO (B60) in the two connectors are separated (not connected together)
  • "Top side" connectors allows other daughter boards to share the bus with the FPGAs

CON_2x1A

CON 2x1A

As CON_2x1 with one additional feature:

CON 2x1A schematic
 Features:
  • Connects the dedicated clock pins, A60, either straight or crossed to A59
  • The signals can be disconnected in groups of four
  • VCCO (B60) in the two connectors are separated, but can be connected together

CON_2x1B

CON 2x1B

As CON_2x1A with one additional feature:

 Features:
  • The signals can be disconnected one by one

Contact us about HAPS:
"We have 3000 signals between two FPGAs, and it runs smoothly! This was achieved by HAPS great I/O flexibility and Certify's pin multiplexing feature."
